GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Water moderately (don’t overdo it), and feed with organic compost now and then. Trim lightly to help airflow and branch growth. With sunlight and support, kiwi vines grow strong and fast.
After about 6–8 weeks (depending on conditions), fruits will grow plump and slightly dull in color. That’s your sign! Pick and let them ripen indoors for 3–5 days. Don’t leave them too long on the vine – they can fall off.
Once the seedlings reach about 10–15 cm tall, transplant them to a spot with full sun and good drainage. Kiwi plants are climbers, so they’ll need a trellis or support to grow properly.
Soak the kiwi seeds in warm water for about 24 hours. Then plant them in soft, well-draining soil. Keep the tray in a sunny spot and maintain moisture. Seeds usually sprout within 7–10 days.
